In fact, What is the role of the United Nations? Why do only a few countries have veto power within the said organization? Those countries are often accused of being selfish leaders. Thereby, what human rights are we talking about if many people around the world do not have access to health care and education; poverty rages, and to save themselves from hunger and in search of a better life, many people die at sea; and if they arrive at their destination, their affronts will be enormous. There are many places were mines are exploited to get rich, and yet nearby people suffer from all kinds of ills, they are stripped of their wealth, and their wealth goes to benefit people elsewhere. In these and other circumstances, can we speak of international law? Can we speak of justice for the oppressed? Throughout the history of this world, how many people have died because of the color of their skin? Today more than ever, we talk about superiority and inferiority between the peoples and the races of the earth. Any fair system must begin with knowledge. That said, education must be compulsory and universal so that every child, tomorrow, can find his/her opportunity in his/her own country or elswhere because it is the unique opportunity of all the poor children of the earth. Once people have a well-rounded head of this knowledge, evolution is possible. No country can experience strong development without education in its broad sense. The development that takes place with citizens without education and backbone is temporary, it will only for years, and barbarism and poverty will definitely return. Evolution or development must be equitable, that is, it must be inclusive. It must be focused on fairness and equality in their true sense. And since men are detestable by birth, a fair and equitable system must find its foundation on justice. Impartial and sharp justice capable of punishing according to the extent of the offense.
